The recommended wines are: Champagne, Gewurztraminer or Pinot Gris from Alasce; Sauv Blanc or Muscadet from Loire; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Gamay from Burgundy; Grenache from Languedoc; left & right bank Bordeaux and Codes du Rhone. If you would like to sub in a Rose From Provence we can sub 1 out. $250 + cost of wine for 10 bottles for 8-14 people. You keep what's left over
